Summary
Dr. Ghada El Zayat is a lecturer in the Basic and Applied Science department, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) since 2021. She also lectures in the Department of Architectural Engineering and Environmental Design and the Faculty of Art and Design, AASTMT. With over twenty years of teaching experience bridging undergraduate and IGCSE programmes, she has served as an academic assistant, researcher & lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University, and acts as a team coordinator and researcher for international foundations.

- 2019: Participating in an exhibition of the poetry hall resulting from the visual readings workshop at the Cairo International Book Fair (50th session, golden jubilee).

- 2016 – 2018: Researcher and speaker for the Bahithat Foundation annual international conference in Beirut, Lebanon.

- 2010 – 2011: Researcher and Team Researcher Coordinator for the Anna Lindh Foundation for Dialogue Between Cultures. Coordinated between 4 researchers from 4 different countries. Diakonia regional foundation workshop, Amman, Jordan.
- 2000 – 2009: Freelance art director and graphics designer for numerous companies. Projects included 3D & 2D promos for Egyptian TV (Channel 2), ERTU educational channels, and independent satellite channels.
- 1998 – 2001: Assistant researcher and teaching graphic design and book arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University.
- 1996 – 1999: Head animator, layout designer, and background painter at Cairo Cartoon Studio (Dr. Mona Abu El Nasr) for major productions like “Journey of Sinbad the Sailor” and “Bakkar”.
